Please be aware of the following:

Dear Students,

It has come to our attention that scammers are sending fraudulent emails claiming to be from the University, asking for tuition fee payments. These emails often appear convincing and may use official-looking logos or university-related language.

Please be aware of the following:

    •          The University will only communicate fee payment instructions via official channels such as your university portal or verified email addresses (e.g., ending in @solent.ac.uk).

    •          Be cautious of emails requesting bank transfers or payment to unfamiliar accounts.

    •          Always verify the sender’s email address carefully. Scammers often use similar but incorrect addresses.

What to do if you receive a suspicious email:

       1.     Do not click on any links or open attachments.

       2.     Do not reply to the email.

Your security is our priority. If you have any doubts or questions about tuition fee payments, please contact the Finance Office directly .

Stay vigilant and safe.
