1. Eligibility

- The giveaway is open to all students who enroll in any of the academic programs offered by Imperial Education Services (IES) during the promotional period.

- Participants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of the country where IES operates.

- Employees of IES and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Enrollment Criteria

- To qualify for the giveaway, participants must successfully enroll in a program between 20 September 2024 and  10 January 2025

- Enrollment is defined as completing the application process, paying any required fees, and receiving official confirmation from IES.

3. Giveaway Period

- The promotional period for this giveaway begins on 20 September 2024 and ends on 10 January 2025.

- Any enrollments completed outside of this period will not be considered.

4. Prize

- One iPad Pro will be awarded to one eligible participant selected at random.

- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Selection of Winner

- The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted by IES on 11 January 2025.

- The winner will be notified via email or phone within 5 days of the draw.

- If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner will be selected.

6. Publicity

- By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activities, including, but not limited to, sharing their name and photograph for marketing purposes.

7. Privacy

- Personal information collected during the enrollment and giveaway process will only be used for the purposes of administering this giveaway, and in accordance with IES’s Privacy Policy.

8. General Conditions

- IES reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason without notice.

- IES is not responsible for technical errors or delays that may affect participation.

- In case of dispute, IES’s decision will be final.

9. Limitation of Liability

- IES will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused by the prize or participation in the giveaway.

10. Governing Law

- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
