The Opportunity

As a Student Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in identifying, advising, and supporting prospective students interested in pursuing higher education opportunities.

Working remotely and independently, you will represent Imperial Education Services within your network and local market while earning attractive commissions for successful student enrolments.

As a Student Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for identifying, advising, and referring prospective students interested in studying abroad. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals with strong networking, sales, or educational consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit prospective students interested in studying in the United Kingdom and other international destinations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and referral partners.
• Promote academic programmes and study opportunities through online and offline marketing activities.
• Provide initial guidance to students regarding course options, admission requirements, and application procedures.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, and student referrals.
• Work collaboratively with the admissions team to ensure a smooth student journey.
• Contribute towards achieving recruitment targets and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Candidate Requirements

Essential

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Desirable
