Role Overview

As a Student Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for identifying, advising, and referring prospective students interested in studying abroad. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals with strong networking, sales, or educational consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and refer prospective students for international education programs.
• Build relationships with students, parents, schools, and educational partners.
• Promote study abroad opportunities through online and offline channels.
• Guide students through the initial application process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and student inquiries.
• Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, marketing, or education consultancy is preferred.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Access to a computer and reliable internet connection.
• Knowledge of international higher education systems is an advantage.
