Over the past three years, I have had the privilege of leading Imperial Education Services—an experience that has shaped my leadership, strengthened my purpose, and reaffirmed my commitment to supporting students through one of the most important decisions of their academic journey.
This work has taught me that university admissions are far more than an administrative process. They represent aspirations, personal stories, and pivotal transitions in a young person’s life. Guiding students through this journey has deepened my understanding of responsibility, empathy, and the value of delivering clear, structured, and personalised support.
