Role Overview
As a Student Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for identifying, advising, and referring prospective students interested in studying abroad. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals with strong networking, sales, or educational consulting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and refer prospective students for international education programs.
- Build relationships with students, parents, schools, and educational partners.
- Promote study abroad opportunities through online and offline channels.
- Guide students through the initial application process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and student inquiries.
- Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, marketing, or education consultancy is preferred.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Access to a computer and reliable internet connection.
- Knowledge of international higher education systems is an advantage.
